Material Preparation
Raw wood is processed through precision Cutting, Planing (surfacing), Pressing (lamination/compression), and Primary Assembling to create core components.

Surface Sanding

A final finish is applied per client's choice: breathable Wood Wax Oil to enhance natural grain, or durable Paint/Lacquer for color and protection.
